Residential Real Estate Appraiser, where I evaluated hundreds of properties across the states of Michigan and Florida. Over the years in this role, I fully immersed myself into the intricacies of real estate evaluation and gained valuable expertise.

Transitioning into commercial real estate marked a significant milestone in my career. I thrive on the dynamic nature of such a role, where every day presents new opportunities to engage with business owners and real estate investors. I have had the privilege of working on an array of projects across numerous asset classes, that have collectively exceeded $1 billion in value.

Danny Ray Wooten
Danny Ray Wooten has extensive experience in finance, loan origination, and politics. For over three decades, he has been a leader at the national and state levels in promoting financial literacy through education and mentorship. His vast knowledge of the tax system and how to leverage and manage debt and credit, to include private and commercial loans and mortgages, was a key plank in his political endeavors. Danny has led 100 plus campaigns across the entire political spectrum, including running for office himself. He has worked extensively in the private and commercial real estate industry, serving as a broker, loan originator, account executive, and chief executive.
